Founded in 1910 in the working-class district of São Paulo, Corinthians has grown into a powerhouse of Brazilian football, known for its passionate fanbase, rich history, and unwavering commitment to success. The club’s black and white colors and the famous crest featuring an anchor and two crossed oars symbolize its humble origins and the club’s deep connection to the city’s working-class roots.
Corinthians, affectionately called Timão (The Big Team), has a proud tradition of triumphs in both domestic and international competitions. The club has won the Campeonato Brasileiro Série A title seven times, with their most recent victory in 2017.
